Sunday 10/9/22:
9:45 AM – assemble in lobby
10:00 AM – rally to Arun Reddy’s residence (15 minutes)

Monday 10/10/22:
8:30 AM – check out and assemble in lobby
8:45 AM – rally to Kennedy Space Center for a VIP Behind the scenes access to the Kennedy Space Center and the former Shuttle Landing Facility (1 hour 15 minutes)
10:00 AM – arrive and get credentialed at the Kennedy Space Center badging office.

Once registered, we will be directed to the Starfighter Base at KSC Runway, where we will be greeted by Rick Svetkoff, the CEO of Starfighters. Rick has granted the FCA an exceedingly rare opportunity to access the former SLF (Shuttle Landing Facility) at the Kennedy Space Center as guests of Starfighters Aerospace, one of the very few civilian operators of the legendary F-104 Jets. The -104s will be flying as part of Starfighters’ participation in the civilian astronaut training program and we will definitely have a photo opportunity with the jets. They will also be performing a flyby for the Ferrari Club of America to give our members an idea of the capabilities of these amazing machines. Our members can watch these planes take off from up close at the edge of the runway!
We will be joined by NASA Astronaut Winston Scott for lunch at the Starfighters Hangar.
Currently any members who are FAA certified pilots can enquire with Rick for some FCA Special pricing on being able to sit in the cockpit and go for a 40+ minute ride on these jets at supersonic speeds and experience 4g’s! The FCA has worked hard to get our members thousands off the list price for such an experience! The cost for the Kennedy Space Center Experience is $200/person.

We’ll need to know if you’re bringing your Ferrari (only the first twenty may do so) and how many total individuals will be in your party. Every person (even minors older than 16) must submit a completed KSC Visitor Badge Request form which may be downloaded by clicking the link. This particular event is likely to sell out, so if you’re at all interested in aviation, jets, classic fighters, the F-104 in particular, or perhaps would just like a closer look at the Shuttle Landing Facility, you should jump on this without delay.
